国外控制压力钻井新技术及其应用
摘 要:
要:随着已发现油气资源的日渐衰竭,对更深更复杂地层的勘探开发活动越来越多,而在钻探这
些深层复杂地层时,常常出现许多如井涌、井漏、有害气体泄漏、卡钻、起下钻时间过长等钻井复杂问题,
根据国内外石油专业人员估计,通过常规钻井方法,不能开发的油气资源达 70%左右,因此先进的钻井新
工艺新技术是推动油气勘探开发工作快速发展的重要手段之一。对此如果在钻进过程中对井下压力实施有
效控制则可以较好地解决这些复杂情况。控制压力钻井(MPD)技术就是可以缓解上述复杂情况的有效方法。
本文通过调研分析总结,主要介绍了控制泥浆帽压力钻井技术(CMC)
,双梯度钻井技术(DGD)和钻井液
微流量控制钻井技术(MFC)三种控压钻井技术。并且分析了其技术原理,相应的钻井装备以及各自的技
术优越性,给我国压力管理钻井技术提供了较好的理论支持。
