摘
要 :基于高速漏磁检测原理 ,设计一种高速探伤装置 ,专门对地下油气输送管道在线高速
检测 ,具有速度快、
无漏检等特点。检测数据经过放大、
消噪、
压缩后存入 RAM 或磁带中。检测装
置钻出管道后 ,RAM 或磁带中数据与车载的检测控制、
分析系统联系 ,经去压缩解码器恢复成检
测图形曲线。高速检测系统能准确识别缺陷的位置和类型。

Abstract : Based on the theory of magnetic flux leakage testing , a device was designed for on2line high2speed inspec2
tion of underground oil or gas transportation pipelines without any omission. Signals were amplified , noise2reduced , com2
pressed and stored up in RAM or tape. After the device getting out of the pipeline , the data were decoded to form testing
graph and the defects could be accurately located and identified.
